We will only bid on or accept a piece of work if we have the proven skillsets inhouse to carry out that work ourselves, or we can confidently subcontract the work to a resource we have 100% faith in delivering the service. We will have a history of any resource we provide, and we will not have someone unknown to us working on any of our customer’s services, no matter how big a contract it might be. Again, trust is everything.
If we don’t have the right resource or capacity to complete your work to your full requirements, we won’t take it on board. We would rather be honest and straight with you from the outset, rather than accept money, knowing we will let you down.
With many years of experience in the IT industry, everyone involved in the organization (including all partners) has a proven history of successful collaboration on previous high profile projects. Anyone we have chosen to work with us and you will have worked with us previously perhaps in a prior company, either as employees or contractors – or maybe an existing service provider who has helped one of us in the past.
